概要

In an era when communications make it possible for children around the world to interact, developing an environment in which this can happen constructively is a challenge. With a digital library repository as the foundation, we propose an evolutionary process in which the environment and the activities themselves interact to enrich the possibilities. Our base language is English that is spoken and read by 800 million people (300 million as first language speakers and 500,000 other who can also use English). For communications, Globish offers us an important starting position.
